Ben provides customer support to Valcre subscribers.
 
While studying biology at the University of Central Florida, Ben picked up valuable customer service experience working in retail and customer support roles. He has also worked providing customer service and tech support over the phone at an answering service and remote tech support company. Ben brings this experience to Valcre where he currently serves as a Support Specialist.
