Does Valcre offer training and support?
Valcre offers unlimited and free training and support by phone, email, and live chat. We’re here to help you every step of the way.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, billing/invoicing is done via the third-party invoicing service Paypal. We never collect your credit card number.
Is my credit card information secure?
We never collect your credit card details, they are stored only by Paypal, one of the largest payment processors in the world.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, for any reason. You'll still have full access until the end of the current monthly billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. If you cancel your subscription we can export your data and give it back to you.
Do I have to customize the platform branding to fit my company?
No. We will customize the branding of the platform to represent your brand which is included at no charge.
Will this work on Apple computers?
Our software is compatible only on Windows® operating systems that feature Microsoft Office®. See System Requirements for details.
What property types are supported?
Currently we cover land, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, self-storage, and quick serve restaurant property types.
Are there any setup fees?

Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. Your subscription is on a monthly basis.
Can I use My iPhone or Android phone to access the software?
Our Valcre mobile app is Android and iOS compatible.
What discounts do you offer?
Valcre currently offers members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI's) discounts on subscriptions. Call for more details.
